Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential. This is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing your physical, mental, environmental, financial, spiritual, vocational, emotional, and social wellness.  

The student wellness program focuses on the eight dimensions of wellness highlight.

Through purposeful collaborations with wellness partners on campus, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign provides resources, information, and programming for a diverse community population with unique needs.
