Physical wellness relates to maintaining a healthy body and seeking care when needed through exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep, and taking steps to prevent illness and recognizing signs and symptoms of illness. Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran, there are many ways to improve or maintain your fitness.

Campus Recreation offers a variety of ways to be active! Choose from group fitness classes with your friends, individual training with a personal trainer, or you can work out on your own in one of our facilities.

You can meet one-on-one with a fitness health educator to learn about developing an exercise plan, strength equipment demonstrations and personal fitness assessments including body composition, resting heart rate, blood pressure, and strength and flexibility measurements. Fitness workshops are available upon request.

Did you get injured?

Fitness can create a strain in your muscles, bones, and body, especially if improper form is executed. Physical Therapy and Athletic Training services are available for you when a referral is made by one of McKinley's providers.
