Campus Recreation offers a variety of ways to be active! Choose from group fitness classes with your friends, individual training with a personal trainer, or you can work out on your own in one of our facilities.

Fitness can create a strain in your muscles, bones, and body, especially if improper form is executed. McKinley's Rehab & Sports Therapy staff provide physical therapy and athletic training services when a referral is made by one of McKinley's providers.
