Sexual Health Program

McKinley Health Center’s Sexual Health Program is a space on campus where students can access information about sexual health and sexuality.  You can make an individual appointment with a Sexual Health Educator or meet us during our outreach events to learn about sexual functioning, safer sex options and contraception, sexual decision-making and communication, and more.

WRC

Women’s Resources Center (WRC)

At the WRC, unless otherwise noted, all of our programs and services are open to all Illinois students, faculty, and staff survivors of all gender identities, as are your support person(s). We are a designated confidential resource related to sexual assault/rape, sexual harassment, stalking, and abuse within a relationship (sometimes called dating or domestic violence). Through advocacy, awareness programs, individual services, and workshops, our goal is to meet your needs at Illinois.

Supporting Survivors

Sexual Misconduct Support, Response, and Prevention

The Office of the Dean of Students provides information and resources to address sexual assault, stalking, and harassment, explaining what to do, where to go for support, and more. The WeCare program includes confidential resources, medical resources, police and safety resources, campus reporting resources, other campus resources, and state and national resources.

Although you can report sexual misconduct at any time, we encourage individuals to immediately report incidents of sexual misconduct. We recognize that deciding to report sexual misconduct and choosing how to proceed are difficult decisions and may change over time. We support all survivors of sexual misconduct during this decision-making process.
