As a public land grant institution, Illinois supports and celebrates the many religious and spiritual faith traditions of our students, faculty, and staff.  There are numerous campus-wide and community resources in place to support the religious, spiritual, and secular identities of members of the Illinois community.

Recovery and Reflection Room

Body

Rest, relax, and reboot in the Activities and Recreation Center’s Recovery and Reflection Room. Use the calming space for meditation or post-workout recovery and relaxation. Included in the space is massage chairs, zero gravity chairs, massage guns, air compression boots, and a kinetic art coffee table.

The University Library and Grainer Engineering Library Information Center offer a quiet, welcoming spot for reflection, meditation, contemplation, or prayer.  They are open during regular building hours—no reservation is needed.
