Sex-based Misconduct and Health

Regardless of your race/ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation, you can find information that allows you to feel comfortable and confident in making healthy, informed sexual decisions.

Title
Sex-based Misconduct Support, Response, and Prevention

Body

The Title IX office provides information and resources to address sexual assault, stalking, and harassment, explaining what to do, where to go for support, and more. The program includes confidential resources, medical resources, police and safety resources, campus reporting resources, other campus resources, and state and national resources.

Although you can report sexual misconduct at any time, we encourage individuals to immediately report incidents of sexual misconduct. We recognize that deciding to report sexual misconduct and choosing how to proceed are difficult decisions and may change over time. We support all survivors of sexual misconduct during this decision-making process.

Confidential Advising Services

Body

The Women’s Resources Center (WRC) serves as the designated provider of Confidential Advising services, offering advocacy and support services to students, faculty, and staff of all genders who have experienced sex-based misconduct (sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking, and/or dating/domestic violence). Our role is to provide survivors with their rights and options, reduce barriers to services and next steps, and advocate alongside them for the duration of their choosing. In addition to advocacy services, the WRC is committed to supporting and actualizing equity and liberation across campus through workshops, leadership opportunities, and awareness programs.
