Stress Management Peers (SMP)
Stress Management Peers are dedicated to providing education and awareness on stress-related topics and concerns. While embracing the diversity of our campus, SMP connects with you through facilitation of workshops, participation in campus-wide program planning, and other organized events.

RIO (Recognition, Insight, and Openness) Series
RIO is a two-part program that teaches you techniques for recognizing and moving past situations that cause stress, frustration, and anxiety. This program is open to all Illinois students—you do not need to be a current client of the Counseling Center to participate.

InFocus Workshops
The In Focus program is a 4-week program designed to address those who have attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or ADHD-like symptoms. This program can also be done at your own pace.
Students Helping Students
You can learn from your peers on campus regarding wellness resources, how to live healthy lifestyles, and ways to achieve your goals at Illinois. They will empower you to live healthier and happier through the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.
