Title
Residential Case Managers (RCM)

Body

Residential Case Managers are on campus to support University Housing residents through challenges like transitioning to college, feeling lost or lonely, academic stress, financial struggles, identity exploration, and more. Reach out to RCMs when you need support or refer a roommate or fellow student if you’re worried about them. RCM offices are in University Housing buildings so they’re close to where you live, and their services for residents are free. You can book time to meet with a residential case manager in Champaign halls or Urbana halls, or email both residential case managers through the link below.
