The Financial Wellness program aims to help college students learn to manage their money effectively and make wise financial decisions. All services to students are free. Students can chat with peer educators (by phone, email or video) to ask questions about personal finances and money management resources. Contact Financial Wellness to schedule an appointment. The Student Money Management Center (SMMC), a division of University Bursar, empowers students to make positive behavioral changes associated with their finances by providing financial education to students, parents, employees, and alumni for all universities in the University of Illinois System – Urbana, Chicago, and Springfield.
